ED Decision 2024/005/R

‘AMC1 ADR.OR.D.005(b)(11) Management system’ was erroneously placed in Annex I (AMC & GM to Authority, Organisation and Operations Requirements for Aerodromes — Issue 1, Amendment 10) to ED Decision 2024/004/R, which according to Article 2 of that ED Decision  renders it immediately applicable, instead of placing it in Annex III whose applicability date has been deferred to 24 May 2025, in line with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/1400 .

Annexes I and III to Decision 2024/004/R of the Executive Director of the Agency of 19 June 2024 are amended as set out in the Annex to this Decision.
