Purpose
The purpose of the personal data processing is to guarantee the managing of personal data collected during the activity of evaluation of flexibility measures requested by an EASA Member State in accordance with Art. 71 of EU Reg. 2018/1139. Under these circumstances Member State have to send all relevant information with practical and real references to allow to EASA to make a recommendation. This information might contain personal data of people involved, directly or indirectly, with the exemption.
