Please contact EASA at qualifiedentities [at] easa.europa.eu (qualifiedentities[at]easa[dot]europa[dot]eu) and request the surrender of your accreditation certificate. Please do not forge to cite your accreditation number and reason for surrendering your certificate. EASA will then start the surrender process.
