The Easy Access Rules for Air Traffic Management/Air Navigation Services (EAR for ATM/ANS) — Provision of Services contain all the applicable rules for the provision of ATM/ANS displayed in a consolidated format. They cover Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/373 and all subsequent amendments, followed by the related acceptable means of compliance (AMC) and guidance material (GM), and the amendments thereto.
This Revision from March 2025 incorporates the following:
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/203 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139, as regards requirements for the management of information security risks with a potential impact on aviation safety;
- ED Decision 2023/010/R issuing AMC and GM to support the implementation of the Part-IS regulatory package (Regulations (EU) 2022/1645 and 2023/203);
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1771 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 as regards air traffic management and air navigation services systems and constituents and repealing Regulations (EC) No 1032/2006, (EC) No 633/2007 and (EC) No 262/2009;
- ED Decision 2023/018/R issuing AMC and GM on the conformity assessment of ATM/ANS equipment;
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/403 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373 as regards the definition of SIGMET and certain requirements for special visual flight rules and air traffic control clearances;
- ED Decision 2024/006/R issuing AMC and GM to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/403; and
- Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/1111 amending Regulation (EU) No 1178/2011, Implementing Regulation (EU) No 923/2012, Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 and Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/373, as regards the establishment of requirements for the operation of manned aircraft with a vertical take-off and landing capability.
The EAR for ATM/ANS — Provision of Services are available as pdf in an easy-to-read format with advanced navigation features through links and bookmarks and in an xml format with machine-readable content.
