Dear Sir/Madam
I need your support undermentioned questions regarding maintenance agreement issues for commercial operator.
Does ORO.GEN.205 section cover maintenance agreement requirement for commercial operators? When i checked GM1 ORO.GEN.205 section. I didn't see maintenance activities mentioned areas in the regulation.
What kind of regulations are required maintenance agreements for commercial operator's scheduled flights?
Best Regards,
As João alludes to, it is the CAMO approval directly linked to the AOC approval (see any AOC certificate and Ops Specs for reference to CAMO approval number) that controls and arranges maintenance contracts, not the AOC operator directly. This is why the AOC will have a nominated person for continuing airworthiness, to oversee such work.

Although such items may be extendable time wise, with clear and documented justifications as referenced by Suhail above, I would question the safety culture of any individual/organisation who is considering ignoring manufacturer statements on when a part/component should be replaced.

When GPS integrity event is detected .GNSS revert to DME-DME or VOR-DME even VOR- VOR.
Navaids in Europe are enough to cover DME-DME or VOR- DME(-100NM) ...which comply to RNAV 5 specification.
One way to detect spoofing, if you are equipped with 2 FMS/GNSS ,is to put one FMS in GPS mode and the other one in NAV(aids) mode.

Following the sudden and severe flooding event in July 2021 in Western Germany (NRW) and Eastern Belgium (Povince of Liège), with Storm Boris, Europe experiences its worst flooding in decades. Most scientists believe that such extreme episodes could be due to climate change.
Congratulations to the helicoper hoist rescue team shown in these two videos and to all rescuers engaged in evacuation operations.
Condolences to the families and friends of those who have lost their lives, and support to those whose homes were destroyed by flooding.

EASA regulations or guidance on Depressurisation in High Terrain.
Does there exist rules or guidance on planning for x points in OFP, escape routes, and terrain alternates?
Martin
Your OM Part A sec 8 or maybe OM Part C will have guidance on this. Here is a useful article from the FSF https://flightsafety.org/asw/dec07/asw_dec07_p30-35.pdf
Best wishes
