Here you will find the full text of the terms of reference and group compositions approved according the rulemaking procedure.

Note: "MDM" stands for Multi Disciplinary Measure. This acronym is used to identify rulemaking tasks that affect various rules (e.g. Part-21 and Part-M).

According to article 4, paragraph 2 of EASA Rulemaking Procedure (defined by EASA Management Board decision MB/8/07 of 13/06/07) terms of references for each rulemaking task of the Agency are drawn up by the Executive Director, after consultation of the Safety Standards Consultative Committee (SSCC) and the Advisory Group of National Authorities (AGNA). 17/06/2008
