JAA Notices of Proposed Amendment

In light of the entering into force of Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 on 8th April 2008, at their meeting on 3rd December 2008, the JAAC supported the proposal to cancel all JAA tasks on the JAA Rulemaking Plan 2007/08, except for TGL 26. Any outstanding tasks were immediately transferred to EASA for further treatment under the EASA Rulemaking processes. The associated document has been added to the table below
