Important
In accordance with Part V of the Annex to Commission Regulation (EC) No 593/2007 all fees and charges indicated in Part I, II and III of the Annex itself will be indexed to the inflation rate yearly on 1st June.

  • As from 01st June 2008 all fees and charges are indexed at the rate of 2.4% (factor 1.024)
  • As from 01st June 2009 all fees and charges are indexed at the rate of 3.7% (accumulated factor 1.06189)
  • As from 01st June 2010 all fees and charges are indexed at the rate of 1% (accumulated factor 1.07251)
  • As from 01st June 2011 all fees and charges are indexed at the rate of 2.1% (accumulated factor 1.09503).
  • As from 01st June 2012 all fees and charges are indexed at the rate of 3.1% (accumulated factor 1.12898).
  • As from 01st June 2013 all fees and charges are indexed at the rate of 2.6% (accumulated factor 1.15833).

The level of fees payable by applicants for certificates and approvals issued, maintained or amended by the Agency, and of charges for publications, handling of appeals, training and any other service provided by the Agency are determined by:
