Description
The deadline for the implementation of the new European rules for non-commercial operations with complex motor-powered aircraft (NCC) is approaching fast. 25 August 2016 is the day when the NCC rules in Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 become fully applicable.
To support operators and competent authorities in having a smooth transition from the national rules to the European regulation, the Agency and EBAA are organising a workshop, inviting all the interested parties to participate in an interactive discussion.
The joint EASA-EBAA event aims to provide information and examples of best practices to support the implementation of the new European NCC rules. The workshop will enable the exchange of views and feedback between the organisers and the participants on various implementation issues.
The discussions will focus on topics of high interest to the NCC community, such as SMS for NCC operations, oversight of NCC operations, cooperation between the State of Operator and the State of Registry, Specific Approvals for NCC operations, pilot-related issues from an NCC perspective.
We welcome all participants who would like to attend an interactive and informative event.
