Reporting occurrences to EASA
Completion instructions
Obligations for reporting occurrences to EASA are defined in Commission Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 Part 21.A.3A(b), Part 21.A.129(f)(2), Part 21.A.165(f)(2), Part 21.B.45(a)&(b), (replacing Commission Regulation (EC) No 1702/2003 Part 21A.3, Part 21.A129 and Part 21.A165, as well as in Part 145.A.60 and Part M.A.202 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2042/2003, and Article 15 of the Basic Regulation (EC) No 216/2008.
There are several options how to make a report to the IORS.
EASA developed the ‘Technical Occurrence Report’ form for mandatory and voluntary occurrence reporting activities. Before using the form, please, read the Completion instructions.
To be able to fill information within the IORS Technical Occurrence Report form Adobe Reader ver.10 or sup. software is needed.
For submitting your report you can download the form, fill it in, then click on submit button.
