- The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has fully deployed the Internal Occurrence Reporting System (IORS) in order to process safety related occurrences. Since the beginning of the project, the need to maintain close contact with and receive continuous feedback from all Stakeholders was identified as one of the key elements for the on-going success of the system. Therefore, specific initiatives such as workshops were foreseen and planned. In this context, we would like to invite you to participate in this third specialised IORS Workshop, during which we intend to provide an update on IORS following the full deployment of the Work Flow Tool, examine possible challenges that we as administrators and you, as reporting entities, have experienced and also discuss possible future orientations.

- The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is progressively launching the Internal Occurrence Reporting System (IORS), to process safety related occurrences reported to it. Since the beginning of the project, the need to keep a close contact with and receive continuous feedback from all Stakeholders was identified as one of the key elements for a successful operation of the system. Therefore, specific initiatives such as workshops were foreseen and planned. This second workshop will host together Reporting Organisations and National Aviation Authorities. The aim of the workshop is to give an update of the current status of IORS, the challenges of its implementation and possible orientations in the future.
