EHEST Conference in HELITECH, 13 Oct 08




The EHEST (European Helicopter Safety Team) has decided to hold its helicopter safety conference in Estoril, Portugal, the day before Helitech 2008 opens its doors to visitors. EHEST is a strategic partnership that brings together manufacturers, operators, research organisations, regulators, accident investigators and a few military operators from across Europe.


EHEST is the helicopter branch of the ESSI, and also the European component of the International Helicopter Safety Team (IHST).



EHEST has one objective: to further enhance safety for citizens in Europe and worldwide through safety analysis, implementation of cost effective action plans, and coordination with other safety initiatives worldwide.
