Fiche

LatajmyBezpiecznie.pl is a Polish voluntary and anonymous safety occurences reporting system to collect safety related information from both aviation professionals and the General Aviation community. It is based on the same principle as CHIRP of UK. The idea is to make reporting simple, quick, useful for everybody as well as safe from being used against the reporter by any party.
The aim is to improve the safety of the aviation system by collecting data on unsafe practices, lack of- or incomplete procedures, non-standard designation or misleading information. We investigate these problems, analyse and next forward to the CAA President. Also feedback is published on our web site as well as in some aviation magazines.
