We would like to remind all Foreign EASA Part 145 approval holders that Commission Regulation (EU) No 127/2010 on the continuing airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products, parts and appliances, and on the approval of organisations and personnel involved in these tasks, has been adopted and entered into force on 05 March 2010.

Foreign Part-145 Approvals (MOA)

Foreign Part-145 approvals are those Part-145 organisations located outside the EU which are not subject to a bilateral agreement.

Relevant legislation

The relevant legislation is Annex II, Annex I and Annex III to Commission Regulation (EC) No 2042/2003 - as amended.
