ED Decision 2003/013/RM had also been amended by ED Decision 2009/004/R of 05/03/2009. Ths Decision had been revoked. Due to an editorial error, the consolidation version of CS-22 Amendment 2 in the Annex to ED Decision 2009/004/R did not include the Amendment 1 update to CS-22 that was introduced by ED Decision 2008/008/R. Because of this inconsistency in the Annex, the Decision is revoked and replaced by the ED Decision 2009/009/R.
